“Summer Dream” creamy peach dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g natural yogurt 1.5%
  • 3 dashes sweetener, liquid diet sweetener
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 kg peach(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

feast on natural sweetness

If the peaches are still hard, let them sit for a few days, then peel them, remove the stones, and cut them into chunks. Combine the low-fat quark and yogurt in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and a generous dash of sweetener, and mix with a hand blender until creamy. Now fold in the peaches. Transfer to a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator. Little ones love to spoon this dessert onto shortbread cookies and then devour them… And grown-ups add a spoonful to their morning cereal…
