The ingredients are enough for a large salad bowl. You can also triple the ingredients and store them in a bottle in the refrigerator (for about a week). This is practical during barbecue season or for parties! Combine all ingredients in a sealable mixing container. Seal the container, shake vigorously until all ingredients are well blended, and pour over the salad. It goes very well with a mixed salad of iceberg lettuce, corn, tomatoes, feta cheese, and a mixed seed mix as a topping. Other types of salad also go well with this dressing. This way, you can conjure up a taste of summer in your kitchen, even in winter.
