Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 75 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 small egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 small red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley, fresh
  • Tabasco, a few drops

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup. Peel and chop the egg, and add it. Clean, wash, and finely chop the bell pepper. Wash the parsley, pat it dry, and finely chop it. Add everything to the other ingredients and season with Tabasco.
