Summer fruit pancakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp milk, low-fat
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 50 g currants, red
  • 100 g cherries
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk together the egg, salt, flour, milk, and 1 teaspoon of honey; let it sit for about 5 minutes. Sort the strawberries, currants, and cherries, rinse briefly, and hull. Quarter the strawberries and pit the cherries. Mix the fruit with the remaining honey, cinnamon, and sesame seeds. Cook the batter into a thin pancake in a nonstick pan. Serve with the fruit.
