Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 75 g oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • 100 g kefir, low-fat
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • some mint for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems. Rinse the nectarine, remove the stones, and cut the flesh into thin slices. Mix the oats with the pistachios and place in a cereal bowl. Spread the strawberries and nectarine flesh over the oats. Drizzle with kefir and maple syrup. Pick the mint leaves and arrange them on top of the strawberry-nectarine cereal. Tip: Briefly roast the oats and pistachios in a dry pan. This will enhance their flavor.
