Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 cup(s) pasta (short, e.g. macaroni), cooked
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper(s), from the jar or fresh
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 3 tbsp cucumber juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the corn and mushrooms, dice the onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cooked ham, and cut the bell peppers into small strips. Mix everything with the pasta. Make the marinade from the remaining ingredients and stir in.
