Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (croissants)
  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g ham (air-dried farmer’s ham), sliced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super – simple, guaranteed to work

Cook the pasta and peas (separately). Meanwhile, cut the ham slices into approximately 1cm-wide strips and tear apart any sticky strips as best you can. Finally, finely dice the onion. Mix everything (except the Parmesan) well. If you like, stir in a little more Parmesan to taste. The salad tastes delicious on its own and is best eaten the day it’s prepared. Note: Salt isn’t really necessary, as the ham (and the Parmesan, if desired) already provides sufficient seasoning.
