simple and heavenly

Wash the iceberg lettuce, then cut it in half, then cut each half into strips, and then cut it in half at least four more times. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut it in half, and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Then slice the cucumber. Peel and deseed the melon, then dice it. Mix the yogurt with the sour cream, sweetener, lemon juice, and spices to make a dressing. Place everything in a bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and then chill for 1 to 2 hours or serve immediately. This salad is a great summer salad and goes well with cordon bleu, fish, or grilled dishes.
