Summer salad Russian style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150 g cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 sprigs of dill
  • 150 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, remove the green stems, and cut into eighths. Wash the cucumber, halve, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash, and finely chop the spring onions. Wash the dill, remove the stems, and finely chop. Place everything in a bowl, add the sour cream, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
