- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 500 g natural yogurt, mild
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- chives
- salt and pepper

Wash and shred the iceberg lettuce, and place it in a bowl. Combine the yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, and chives in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
