Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 pack of fresh raspberries
- ½ bunch chives, fresh
- ½ bunch parsley, fresh
- Oil (rapeseed or olive oil)
- Balsamic vinegar Bianco
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Shred the lettuce, wash it, and drain it. In the meantime, make the salad dressing. Use either a sealable container or a salad dressing shaker. Add the finely chopped herbs, mustard, honey, oil, vinegar, and other herbs, and finally, a small splash of water. Shake well and season to taste, adjusting the seasoning as needed. Transfer the salad to a bowl (white china or glass is perfect), pour the dressing over it, and mix well. Stir in the raspberries just before serving, then add a handful for garnish. It looks great on the plate and tastes refreshingly light.
