Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bunch radishes
- ½ head of iceberg lettuce
- ¼ bunch of spring onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 200 g smoked salmon, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Dill, chopped, or dried
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 40 ml vinegar, 6%
- 40 ml oil, preferably walnut or dill oil or a mixture of both
- 80 ml water
- some sauce (elderflower-cardamom)
- some nuts, roasted, salted, or peanuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut ingredients 1-5 into bite-sized strips. Whisk ingredients 6-13 into a dressing. Mix everything together loosely and, if desired, top with ingredients 14 and 15. As an appetizer or side dish, the salad serves the stated 4 servings. As a main course on a hot summer day, it only needs 2 servings.
