  • 250 g green, seedless grapes
  • 150 g natural yogurt

  • 1 tsp, heaped sugar

Instructions

Wash and pick the grapes, and place them in a salad bowl. Wash the apple, cut them into chunks, and add them to the salad. Peel the orange with a knife, remove the white pith and any seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the banana and slice them. Finally, mix all the ingredients together. For the dressing, put the yogurt and sour cream or quark in a small bowl. Add one sachet each of vanilla and bourbon vanilla sugar, and a teaspoon of sugar. You can omit the sugar if you like. Mix the dressing until it forms a smooth, creamy mixture. The salad is now ready to serve. This serves four as a dessert, and two as breakfast.
