Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • n. B. Pickled gherkin(s)
  • n. B. Oil
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • n. B. vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the onion into wafer-thin rings, and thinly slice the sausage, deseeded cucumber, gherkins, and radishes. Mix in a bowl. Pour over a salad dressing made from oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Arrange the chives, cut into small rolls, on top of the salad. Serve with hearty farmhouse bread.
