Wholemeal semolina porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp semolina (wholemeal)
  • 2 tbsp juice
  • possibly glucose

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the milk with the whole-grain semolina, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Add the fruit juice and mix well. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of glucose.
