Summer spaghetti salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 3 m.-large peppers
  • 3 tbsp Maggi
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

First, cook the spaghetti as usual. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the dressing. Combine the oil, curry powder, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and Maggi in a shaker and shake well. Chop the bell pepper, spring onions, and cooked ham into small pieces. Drain the pasta and rinse it lightly so the dressing can be absorbed properly. Transfer it to a bowl with the chopped ingredients and mix well. Then pour the dressing over the pasta and mix well again. Let it soak in for a bit, then serve!
