Pasta salad with minced meat

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g Mett (ham)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), diced
  • 3 gherkins, chopped
  • 1 small can of corn
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • curry powder
  • 250 g mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Peel and dice the onion, and sauté in a non-stick pan until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Tabasco, and curry powder.
