Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna
- ½ bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 1 tomato(s)
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- 4 radishes
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ can of corn
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with fresh vegetables
Drain the tuna, place it in a bowl, and break it up slightly with a fork. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and add them to the tuna. Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Let it marinate for a while, if necessary.
