Summer Vegetable Pan

The perfect summer vegetable pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Yellow peppers
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 1 Pc. Zucchini
  • 2 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Fat
  • 1 shot Cream
  • 250 g Pasta
  1. Wash the vegetables and dice them.
  2. Fry the mince with the onions. When it’s done add the vegetables.
  3. Let everything cook. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If there is not enough sauce, either add more tomatoes or 1 can of chopped tomatoes. Let it infuse for 15 minutes.
  5. Finally add some cream.
