Summer Vegetable Pan
The perfect summer vegetable pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 Pc. Yellow peppers
- 1 Pc. Red peppers
- 1 Pc. Zucchini
- 2 Pc. Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Fat
- 1 shot Cream
- 250 g Pasta
- Wash the vegetables and dice them.
- Fry the mince with the onions. When it’s done add the vegetables.
- Let everything cook. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If there is not enough sauce, either add more tomatoes or 1 can of chopped tomatoes. Let it infuse for 15 minutes.
- Finally add some cream.
