Ingredients
- 250 g Low fat quark
- 250 g Natural yoghurt
- Fleur de Sel sea salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Rose paprika powder
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 0,5 Yellow pepper
- 0,5 Red pepper
- Green pepper
Instructions
- Mix the quark and yoghurt together, season with salt and pepper, stir in a pinch of nutmeg. Clean the peppers and cut into small pieces, stir in half immediately and let them steep. Before serving, fold in the remaining diced paprika and enjoy with relish.
- I have deliberately omitted the quantities of salt and pepper because everyone spices differently.
