Dessert: Yogurt Quark Dessert with Brittle and Fruit

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 250 g Quark double cream
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Lemon fresh, here the juice
  • 50 g Oatmeal brittle
  • 1 Kiwi fresh
  • 3 Fresh strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix the yoghurt with the quark, sugar and lemon juice.
  • Peel and clean the kiwi and strawberries and cut into small pieces.
  • In a dessert glass, first fill the kiwi pieces, then the yoghurt quark, then the strawberry pieces, again the yoghurt quark and garnish with a spoon of oatmeal brittle.
  • Unfortunately I only have one photo of the finished dessert, because the battery of my camera was empty again.
