Dessert: Yogurt Quark Dessert with Brittle and Fruit

The perfect dessert: yogurt quark dessert with brittle and fruit recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 250 g Quark double cream
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 piece Lemon fresh, here the juice
  • 50 g Oatmeal brittle from my KB http://www./rezept/431774/Haferflocken-Krokant.html
  • 1 piece Kiwi fresh
  • 3 piece Fresh strawberries
  1. Mix the yoghurt with the quark, sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Peel and clean the kiwi and strawberries and cut into small pieces.
  3. In a dessert glass, first fill the kiwi pieces, then the yoghurt quark, then the strawberry pieces, again the yoghurt quark and garnish with a spoon of oatmeal brittle.
  4. Unfortunately I only have one photo of the finished dessert, because the battery of my camera was empty again.
