Ingredients
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 250 g Quark double cream
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Lemon fresh, here the juice
- 50 g Oatmeal brittle
- 1 Kiwi fresh
- 3 Fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Mix the yoghurt with the quark, sugar and lemon juice.
- Peel and clean the kiwi and strawberries and cut into small pieces.
- In a dessert glass, first fill the kiwi pieces, then the yoghurt quark, then the strawberry pieces, again the yoghurt quark and garnish with a spoon of oatmeal brittle.
- Unfortunately I only have one photo of the finished dessert, because the battery of my camera was empty again.
