fresh and delicious

Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Place about half in an ovenproof dish, divide the feta cheese into 4 equal pieces and place them on top (this prevents the feta cheese from burning on the bottom of the dish). Place the remaining vegetables on top of the feta cheese and spread the garlic evenly over the cheese. Then season and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. You don’t need to add salt to the cheese, as it’s already salty enough. You can serve the feta cheese on a wooden board, for example. It tastes especially delicious with fresh white bread.
