Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 3 tsp peanut butter
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp red curry powder
- 2 tsp curry powder, yellow
- 1 tsp garlic powder or granules
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with rice and tofu or soy strips
Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan. Add all the liquid ingredients and whisk until smooth. Then add the dry ingredients and mix, stirring continuously. Bring to a boil briefly. The dry ingredients can be adjusted to your taste – the quantities given are for guidance only.
