Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Pul Biber or Paprika powder, hot
- Caraway seeds
- Thyme
- ½ head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 large avocado(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 point flour tortilla(s)
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 8 tbsp yogurt at least 3.5% fat

delicious, light, simple
Finely dice the onion, garlic, and zucchini and fry in a pan with olive oil. Once everything is lightly browned, add the minced meat and fry until nicely toasted. Then stir in the tomato paste and fry for 3-5 minutes. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, pul biber, caraway, and thyme. Chop the iceberg lettuce, bell peppers, avocado, and tomatoes as desired. Brush the wraps with crème fraîche, 1 teaspoon of yogurt, and salt. Top with iceberg lettuce, bell peppers, avocado, and tomatoes, and drizzle with lemon juice. Finally, spoon the minced meat mixture from the pan on top. Garnish everything with 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt, adding more salt if desired. Serve with a green salad.
