The perfect sunday muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 7 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Wheat flour
  • 150 g Spelled flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Mixed kernels
  • 30 g Dried apricots
  1. Mix the quark, milk and eggs together. Cut the apricots into small pieces. Fold both types of flour, baking powder, salt, half of the kernels and the apricots into the batter.
  2. Pour the dough into 17 small silicone molds (in the recipe it was specified for 12), but for me it was more as you can see. Sprinkle the remaining seed mix with the remaining apricots over the muffins. Bake in a hot oven (electric oven: 160 ° C, fan oven: 140 ° C) for about 20-25 minutes. Tastes great with honey for breakfast.
