Protein rolls with hemp flour, oat bran, soy milk, eggs, very tasty

Combine all the dry ingredients and the baking powder, add the eggs and soy milk, and knead well with a mixer. The dough is a bit sticky. I used a tablespoon to form the dough pieces, place them in one hand, sprinkle the kernels and/or seeds on top, and then place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius, depending on your oven.
