The perfect sundays – dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Orange zest
  • 0,5 fruit Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate block, grated
  • 8 tablespoon Red currant
  • 2 Pc. Nougat eggs
  • 2 top Mint fresh
  1. Wash the orange well with hot water, dry it, remove abrasions. Squeeze out the juice.
  2. Prepare all the ingredients, quark with sugar, zest, 1 tablespoon. Mix block chocolate into the quark, sour cream + some juice, add juice as desired.
  3. My currants come from my supply in the chest, can also be used that way. They come in glass first.
  4. Fill in the quark mixture, decorate.
