Sponge mixture:

  • 140 g Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 pinch Bio lemon zest
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 g Sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 6 tablespoon Milk
  • 6 Pc. Elstar apples
  • Lemon juice
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Butter flakes

Apples:
