Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- ⅛ liter milk
- 100 g chocolate shavings
- 1 jar cherry(s)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the butter and sugar, then add the eggs. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Stir in the milk and chocolate shavings. Grease a 28 cm springform pan and pour in the batter. Spread the drained cherries over the batter, pressing them in lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Do the toothpick test!
