Chicken soup with spicy chicken meatballs, Warung Ibu Ani style. Recipe from Bali, Indonesia.

Wash the peppers and slice diagonally into approximately 5 mm thick slices. Discard the stems, leaving the seeds. Wash the cabbage leaves and cut into bite-sized pieces. Hard-boil the egg, peel it, and halve it crosswise. Heat the water, dissolve the chicken stock in it, add the dark soy sauce, cooking oil, and glass noodles, and bring the stock to a simmer. Add the pepper pieces and bakso. After about 2 minutes, add the cabbage and simmer for another 2 minutes. Divide among serving bowls, garnish, and serve hot.
