Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g turkey meat (shredded)
- 150 g mixed vegetables, e.g. carrots, broccoli, cauliflower
- 2 tbsp curry paste, red
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 jar water
- 250 g glass noodles (vermicelli)
- Maggi
- onion powder
- salt and pepper
- vegetable broth
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with turkey strips
Pour hot water over the vermicelli (they must be covered), and let them swell for 10 minutes. Add oil to a pan or wok and fry the shredded meat. Add the soy sauce to give it a nice, crispy brown. Add half a glass of water and the curry paste, and bring to a boil until everything has dissolved and only a little liquid remains. Now add the noodles and fry them. Finally, add the vegetables and the remaining water and season to taste. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
