Fanta – Lime Cake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ⅛ liter of oil
  • 200 ml Fanta (lime flavor)
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until frothy. Stir in flour, baking powder, oil, and 150 ml Fanta. Grease a baking sheet, pour the batter onto it, and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes (use a toothpick to test). Let the cake cool. Mix the remaining Fanta with the powdered sugar and sprinkle it on top of the cake.
