Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Corn, peppers, feta cheese, and… and… and…
Drain the corn and kidney beans and mix well. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the cores, and chop them finely. Dice the bell peppers. Dice or slice the cucumber. Place everything in a salad bowl and mix. Halve the onions and slice them into thin half rings, then arrange them on top of the lettuce. Finally, dice or crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the salad. For the dressing, first mix the vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl. Wash the basil, chop it finely, and add it. Mix everything together. Finally, add the olive oil and mix everything well. If desired, you can also add fresh or frozen garden herbs. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir just before serving. Note: Salt and pepper are not necessary, as the soy sauce already has enough flavor on its own.
