Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g apples
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 pack of lemon peel
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 175 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 50 g almond sticks
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

only 150 kcal per piece! Serves 12

Wash, peel, quarter, core, and halve the apples again. Do not halve an apple; cut it into small cubes. Beat the eggs in a bowl for about 1 minute until frothy. Add the sugar and lemon zest and beat everything again for a total of 3 minutes. Briefly stir in the yogurt and oil. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir briefly on the lowest speed. Fold the diced apple into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased 26 cm springform pan and spread it out. Score the apple quarters and arrange them on the cake. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in the lower third of the pan in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 35 minutes.
