Super quick chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ml double cream
  • 20 g sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

perfect for ice cream

Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Then let it cool to room temperature. The sauce tastes especially good with ice cream. Choose any flavor of ice cream, drizzle with the chocolate sauce, and garnish with ice cream cones or butter cookies and chocolate shavings.
