Super quick eggnog cake – really easy

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • ¼ liter eggnog
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the ingredients thoroughly; the batter should not be too thick when spooned on. Pour the batter into a well-greased 26 cm springform pan lined with breadcrumbs. Bake at approximately 175°C (160°C fan-assisted) for 55-60 minutes.
