Super quick pasta with Letscho

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 5 sausages (Wienerle)
  • 1 jar of lecho
  • 3 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Bring the pasta water to a boil. Dice the onions and slice the sausages about 5 mm thick. Sauté the onions and sausages in a little oil until the sausages start to brown. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the sausage and onions. Season with salt, pepper, and hot paprika. Add the leccho and simmer. Cook the pasta until al dente and serve with the sauce.
