Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g bell pepper(s), diced, mixed
  • 2 cups sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 450 ml dry white wine
  • roux
  • 1 tbsp broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, finely chop the onions and add them to the diced bell peppers. Then, sear the minced meat in a pan. Once the meat has reached the desired browning, add the onions and diced bell peppers. Sauté them for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Just before the end of the 5 minutes, you can pour the stock over them. Now pour in the wine and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, add the two cups of sour cream or crème fraîche. If it’s still too runny, you can thicken it with a little roux. Season again with salt, pepper, and any other spices you like, and serve with noodles or rice.
