Super quick pizza rolls

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 rolls
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 200g salami
  • 200 g cooked ham or Lyoner
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • ½ jar Pepper , variety according to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Cut the sausage, ham, cheese, and mushrooms into small cubes—the smaller the better. Remove the seeds from the peppers. Chop the peppers. Place everything in a bowl, pour over the whipped cream, and stir well. This mixture should sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour; the longer it sits, the more intense the flavor will be. Cut the rolls in half and press in the insides. Spread the mixture evenly between the rolls and bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until the cheese is golden brown.
