Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of farmhouse bread
  • some butter
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 2 eggs
  • some oil
  • some chives
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Pickle(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Toast the bread. Heat a little oil in a pan and slowly fry the fried eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the chives. Spread the bread with butter, top with the cooked ham and the fried egg. Garnish with chives and pickles.
