Superkochhasi´s Chocolate Dream

The perfect superkochhasi´s chocolate dream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dough

  • 120 g Flour
  • 150 g Butter at room temperature
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 10 tbsp Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 75 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Taste of rum
  • 3 Eggs

glaze

  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 75 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

decoration

  • Strawberries, white chocolate, or whatever you like

preparation

  1. First, preheat the oven to 175 ° C and grease any form (we used a quiche form) with butter. Separate eggs.

The dough

  1. Bring the water and honey to a boil and remove from the stove. Add the chocolate and stir until it is completely melted.
  1. Mix the butter with 150g sugar and add the egg yolk, the sifted flour mixed with baking powder, salt, oil and the cocoa and mix everything with the hand mixer, add to the chocolate mass and stir.
  1. Beat the egg white until stiff, add the remaining 25g sugar and beat until the mixture is glossy and firm. Careful! fold under the chocolate mixture. Put the whole thing in the baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  1. After the baking time, let the cake cool for a good 20 minutes, then remove it from the mold and let it cool down completely.

The casting

  1. Bring the cream to the boil and remove it from the hob. Add the butter, chocolate and sugar and stir until the chocolate and butter have melted.
  1. Put the icing on the cake, distribute it evenly and let the icing dry.

decoration
