The perfect creamy marzipan apple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Apples
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Marzipan
- Cream
- Lemon juice
- Butter
- To provide an explanation for the information comments: I have not added any information because it varies … fill up marzipan depending on the hole from the punched out core and cream depending on the mold size up to 3/4 of the mold height approx.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Peel the apples, cut out the core and rub the apples with lemon juice.
- 2 Grease small casserole dishes with butter and put the apples in them. Fill the core housing hole with marzipan. Pour the cream over it, (do not fill in as high as in the photos, with me they have passed over: D). Scatter a tablespoon of sugar on each apple.
- Sizzle in the oven for about 20 minutes. Enjoy it warm but be careful, it’s very hot.
