Surimi curry salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g surimi, preferably in garlic oil
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tsp curry powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the surimi into pieces. Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, and curry powder in a bowl, grate in the garlic, and mix well. Season with salt and sugar. Add the surimi to the bowl and mix everything together.
