Surimi noodle salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (horn pasta or shell pasta)
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 2 packs of surimi, approx. 225 g each
  • Remoulade
  • Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and let cool. In the meantime, cut the celery into thin strips and the surimi into approximately 1 cm thick pieces. Mix both with the pasta. Add remoulade and Miracle Whip to taste. Season with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Let the salad marinate for at least 2 hours. Delicious with grilled dishes, roasts, or simply with bread.
