Surimi salad with peppers and crab

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g Surimi, in brine or frozen
  • 180 g North Sea crabs, fresh or packaged
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s) or spring onions
  • 1 pack of ready-made salad mix (salad mix peppers/herbs)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Surimi (pressed crab meat)

Dice the surimi, peppers, and onions. Then place them in a bowl. Add the shrimp, salad dressing, water, and oil and mix. Let it rest for half an hour, then season with pepper and garlic, if desired.
