Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour (wheat flour)
- 250 g flour (wholemeal rye flour)
- ½ pack of yeast, dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 ml milk
- 3 tbsp oil
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 8 basil leaves
- 5 small mushrooms
- 50 g cream cheese
- 1 sprig(s) parsley
- salt and pepper

Bread balls – deliciously filled
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the two types of flour, the dried yeast, and the salt. Warm the milk slightly, then stir it into the flour mixture along with the oil. Knead the dough thoroughly and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Clean and chop the mushrooms, and mix with the cream cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the dough into 16 portions. Fill with tomatoes, oregano, salt, and basil, or with the mushroom mixture. Brush the rolls with water and dust with flour. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
