Suza’s Apple Bread

The perfect suza’s apple bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Apples
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 250 g Raisins
  • 150 g Almond / pens
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tbsp Taste of rum
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1,5 packet Baking powder
  1. 1. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces (cubes), stir in the sugar and let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Mix the flour with baking powder and add the remaining ingredients to the apples. Knead the dough well and place in a greased loaf pan. Baking time: Bake in a preheated oven / 200 degrees for 1 hour and then spread sugar water on the hot apple bread. Tip: Let cool down well and then enjoy with butter !!!
