Coconut-vanilla muesli with soy flakes and strawberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp soy flakes
  • 50 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder or vanilla pulp
  • 8 strawberries (approx. 60 g or blueberries or frozen berry mix)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Low-carb muesli for breakfast

The night before, mix about 4-5 tablespoons of soy flakes, desiccated coconut, and vanilla powder with the milk and let it soak overnight. Quarter the strawberries and add them. If you like, you can use water instead of milk.
