Sven’s Fruit Cake
The perfect sven’s fruit cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 piece Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 40 g Strength
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanile sugar
- 2 packet Red cake topping
- 1 Big can Peaches
- 1 Small can Mandarins
- First, beat the eggs with the sugar and the vanile sugar until frothy. Then mix the flour, starch and baking powder and sprinkle over the mixture with a sieve. Simultaneously stir in with the whisk. Now put the finished mixture in a greased fruit cake tin. Bake at 190 degrees for about 14 minutes.
- After it has cooled down, cover the base with the fruit and pour the icing over it.
