Sven’s Fruit Cake

The perfect sven’s fruit cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 40 g Strength
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanile sugar
  • 2 packet Red cake topping
  • 1 Big can Peaches
  • 1 Small can Mandarins
  1. First, beat the eggs with the sugar and the vanile sugar until frothy. Then mix the flour, starch and baking powder and sprinkle over the mixture with a sieve. Simultaneously stir in with the whisk. Now put the finished mixture in a greased fruit cake tin. Bake at 190 degrees for about 14 minutes.
  2. After it has cooled down, cover the base with the fruit and pour the icing over it.
