Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 liters of cold water
  • Elderflower syrup, 175 ml up to 200 ml
  • 2 limes
  • 2 sprigs peppermint

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

approx. 4 liters, very refreshing

Mix the syrup with the water. Wash the mint thoroughly. Rinse the limes in hot water, dry them, and slice them. Let everything steep in the elderflower water for a few hours. Place all ingredients in a sufficiently large container, preferably with a spout at the bottom, and let it steep well in the refrigerator. The limes and peppermint will release more flavor over time. If it gets too strong, simply dilute the drink with water and elderflower syrup.
